    Hello!

    There was this promotion that said redeem or buy a gold membership and get Ryse son of Rome: legendery edition code for xbox one. I redeemed a gold membership code (I think it was on January 18) and waited more than 8 weeks and the is yet to arrive.

    In order to qualify for dashboard promotions, you have to purchase the gold directly through the offer. Since rexeeming a code does not count as a purchase, you would not have been eligible if you entered a prepaid code.

    But after redeeming the code through that promotion they said that it will arrive in 6-8 weeks.

    Hey AHMED ALWARDI,

    As Smwutches mentioned, pre-paid codes are considered a previous purchase, which is not eligible for this specific promotion. In order to qualify, you would have needed to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the promotion page with a payment option.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    Hi Matthew,

    I also came across the promotion,I signed up for an additional xbox live 3 month with Ryse.

    I noticed once I purchased everything on the screen it said somewhere in the fine print code would be emailed out within a 6 or 8 week period. Only problem is there is no reference to this on my invoice from Microsoft !!

    So how in the would do I chase this up of prove this even happened ??
