Ryse code never received

I saw a banner under my "featured" portion on my xbox one dashboard that if you upgraded to gold, you would receive a code for a full download of Ryse within 4 weeks. That was on 9/12/15, so i hurried and I upgraded to gold on the same day, 9/12/15, and
i still haven't received it. I spoke with chat support, and have a reference number, which is:

Just to clarify, did you purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership through the Dashboard promotion on your console? Or did you redeem a pre-paid Xbox Live membership? If you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify for this offer. In order for you to qualify
for this offer, you would have needed to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership directly through the promotion on your console. Thanks!

 

i redeemed a pre paid code directly through my console from the promotion link. That didn't qualify? if not that's disappointing, but thank for the quick response!

Unfortunately if you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify for this offer. You would have needed to purchase an Xbox Live membership directly through the dashboard promotion. Sorry to hear about any confusion that this may have caused.

 

Same here but I did it right i purchased it through the promotion and still haven't seen an email...... Kinda feel like I got suckered into that promotional
