Ryse cant connect to xbox store

anyone else have problems with ryse not connecting to the xbox store and not giving out gold after multiplayer

Hi, how can I get the purchase history for XBOX ONE? Because I need redownload the day one DLC of Ryse and I cant find it in Xbox One Store. Thanks.

Cant connect to store

Hey there, Blade!

I'm sorry to see any issues with connecting to the Store! If you haven't already, hold the power button on your console for 8-10 seconds to reboot your console, then try again. If that doesn't work, please post back with an image of the error you're getting.

yes and it's doing my head in, I have changed my language and region settings all to English AUS like everyone else said worked for them but I still keep getting the "

Warning: the xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned" error and this needs to be fix. You can't even buy the gold from the store so Microsoft is losing money here

Can anybody else do this who downloaded Ryse back then?

Go to your Ryse now on xbox store and see if you can download it? Is it just me?

Hi!

It can be caused by corrupt profile data. Try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again.

I am also having this issue and i would rather not have to re download 37 GB of data considering i only installed the game around a week or so ago. I also have the correct language and regional settings. I have cleared the cache via hard rest multiple times,
to no avail.

Can anyone actually confirm that deleting and reinstalling actually works? I am doubtful.
