Ryse achievements not unlocked?

The "Finders Keepers" and "Ancient Scholar" achievements for Ryse: Son of Rome are both showing 100% complete on my achievement tracker and the collectibles are showing in my game as all picked up but both of these achievements aren't popping for some reason.
Any idea how I get this fixed so these achievements unlock?

Problem with Achievements either glitched or not updated properly on Xbox One.

Another problem. I checked my Achievements for Battlefield 4 and Ryse: Son of Rome.

BF 4 - 28% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 85%

But in my Recent Activity and compare friends Achievements show as

BF 4 - 42% and Ryse: Son of Rome - 0%

Checked my other friend who played Ryse last few days with me so checked his achievements now so show as 100% and my show as 0% Progress.

This is biggest problems with Progress. Please help.

 

I know some people have had problems with this where one of the collectables glitches and says you haven't got it. Solutions I've found have been to use the Smartglass Ryse Companion App and access both the Timeline and collectables section, it could show
you which one your missing? (The one that glitched)

 

I also have this issue and when I checked the Companion's App timeline, it appeared that your solution was correct. However, I wasn't allowed to pick up the relic and upon finishing the mission the timeline updated to 100% collectibles, as already was the
achievement bar but still no achievement.

 

When I go into the collectibles in the companion app it doesn't show me anything. Maybe I don't know how to use it but I am showing 100% on the achievement already. I have gone through all of the locations twice and on the 2nd run it wouldn't let me pick
any of them up. It just won't pop for some reason.

 

mine was messing up it showed i was 99% complete in the game when i had only 22 achievements. but its fixed now

 

'Buy a xbox one' How did yours become fixed? Did your achievement just randomly appeared by fixing its self?

 

I have the same issue with the "Finders Keepers", the achievement tracker said 100% and the the Companion's App show me all the Chronicles and the achievement not pop up, any idea of how fix this???

I sent an email to Crytek. Hopefully we will get some good news soon.

 

So I never got a response from Crytek but the achievements just showed up. They didn't pop or anything exactly. They show that I earned them the date I originally would have earned them on as the date unlocked. So either they patched it and it fixed it retroactively
or they fixed it based off my email and just didn't bother responding. If any of yours haven't popped yet, I'd send them an email.

Similar issue:

XBox console "Collectibles" shows 51/51 chronicles, 27/27 scrolls, 21/21 vistas/ 24/24 music. Completed all chapters including chapter 8 - figured maybe the chronicles and scrolls wouldn't pop til chapter completion. Still no dice. (I stopped halfway
thru Boudica battle, then picked up from timeline "Last Checkpoint" the next day... maybe that contributed to a glitch?)

Xbox console's achievement progress tracker shows chronicles at 97% and scrolls at 96%.

Smartglass showed one page missing in Chapter 5 chronicle and 1 entry missing in chapter 5 scrolls. I replayed chapter 5 and "re-found" each item (they were all non-green, ie already found). I viewed every chronicle and scroll on both console and smartglass;
smartglass is missing one each but no trouble reading it on xbox.

Just tried to reopen smartglass and it said "offline, try later"... will give it a couple days and see if it clears itself up.

 

@bobqoq It does seem that when going for 'collectable' achievements glitches can occur if you resume from a checkpoint. I've know this issue to happen myself. All i can advise is that when going for these 'collectable' achievements to start from the beginning
of a chapter, getting all the collectables until the chapter is complete. I know this isn't a great solution but it should reduce the chance of achievements like this glitching.
