Rx580 freezing and Black screen

Nowadays my pc get freezes while gaming.On gaming display gets freezes while audio playing behind, also not able give input using keyboard/mouse and get into black screen. I faced this issue mostly on latest game( God of war, Far cry 6, Forza Horizon 5). I belive that it occurs not due supporting issue because I am able play it smoothly ( even I lower the setting, it get freezes),freezes mostly at loading between the gameplay (Except fh5, i am not even able play it freezes at optimisation).

Also it occurs very rarely at playing 4k videos and other games

I tried��

- updating graphics card driver

- lower frequency by tunning

- disabled full screen optimisation

My spec

i5 6500

rx580 8gb powercolor(Adrenaline software)

16gb ram

Playing @1080p resolution

Hi bro

That fix was a temporary one. Fh5 is playable at high setting, but far cry 6 still got issue.After a few minute of gameplay it got freeze and gets black screen.

Both .Net Frame work and Directx Runtime were already installed on my pc. After installing Latest visual C++ Runtime, I think it resolved my issue.

After installing C++ Runtime I opened Forza Horizon 5which got the issue most) , game took a little more time at Optimisation screen and moved to gameplay cinematic, but freezes and got black screen.

I tried once again after lowering setting to low and then Optimisation got faster and able play smoothly without any issue.Then changed setting back to Medium and then also it work fine .

Till now I didn't tried with any other game, but I think those games will be also fixed.

So this is probably not a drive/partition issue.

And I'm not sure if this is a driver issue too because most games work fine, right?

Just to rule out some things, please try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ programs. Download a fresh copy of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime from here and then install it:

Make sure you download the correct version of it (x86 or x64). Restart your computer after the installation.

Also, please download and install the .NET Framework Runtime :

Also restart your computer after the installation.

The last recommended download is the DirectX Runtime:

Restart your computer one more time and try to run your problematic games again. Please let me know how it goes.

I got 256gb SSD(OS installed), 1TB HDD, 320gb HDD .

I have playing games on both HDDs.

Firstly GTA 5 and FH5 were installed on 320gb HDD. GTA5 have no issue but FH5 got issue.So FH5 is moved to 1TB HDD but no help.

Later on 320gb HDD I installed GOW4, but as usual it get freezing at loading screen.GTA 5 is still playable.I moved GOW4 to 1TB, still got issue.

Yesterday I installed farcry 6 on 320gb freezing after 5-8 min gameplay.Not yet moved to 1TB.

I had played RDR2, Valhalla, Odyssey, FH4 , Shadow Of Tomb Raider on 320gb HDD

Other games like Marvels Avengers, older AC games(2, 3, Black flag, Unity), Days Gone ,Mafia Definitive edition etc on 1TB HDD

Thanks for sharing all this information. All these games are installed on the same drive/partition? I mean all games that you can play with no issue and the games that are giving you issues too.
