The region of the game you download is based on the region you're located in. So if you're in Russian Territory, you'll be seeing a Russian version of the game. You'll also want to fill out the Backward Compatible Survey at the bottom of our Forums Sticky

You'd know, my menus are now all in Russian

Now it's possible to customize Russian soldier and weapons from my soldier menu.

One way is to wait till you are playing a online match on the Russian side then you can you change your uniform and customize your weapons right there in the menu (By Pressing Start Button).

Maybe instead of "nerfing" all of the Weapons Dice should concentrate on more important stuff, like adding a US/ Russian Toggle to the "My Soldier" at the Menu? But I guess that's just me...
