Russian Language Pack DLC is missing

Discus and support Russian Language Pack DLC is missing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi! I bought a CD with Witcher 3 and when I run it - there is no Russian language available.     But your account is American, correct? That's probably where your problem is. You need Russian DLC for a Russian game. I assume you can't get that if your account is registered in the US. The language of the DLC needs to
    match the the language on the disc or it won't work.

    In the interface of the game there is no Russian language

    Sorry about that but it seems not to have Russian and polish language packs

    Lol. There are free dlc in xbox store "RUSSIAN LANGUAGE PACK FOR WITCHER 3"

    But ist not working, thats the problem.

    Game allows russian language
