Russel Wilson Athlete Fit not listed as a workout program?

This is just a small thing I noticed.. In the library there is a section called 'workout programs' where all programs are listed which contain multiple workouts. That is, all of them except for 'Athlete Fit: Russel Wilson'.

The Athlete Fit title contains 2 workouts, so shouldn't it be listed as a workout program?

It is still listed in 'under 20 minutes workouts' because the 2 workouts are indeed quite short. But the Gatorade and Jillian Michaels' Kickbox programs are listed in both 'under 20' and 'workout programs too.

    :)

I do the Russell Wilson one when I can't run outside. The second workout is really good, first is easier.

Might try the insanity soon. The kinect loses me all the time when I am right in front of it. I don't pay attention to the score or anything outside of the workout itself. You do get achievements for it though.

Some may call it an unnecessary add on, but for many the Xbox Fitness app allows for a great workout from the comfort of their own home. Even allowing for purchasing of top programs as DLC via the Xbox Store. Also each program within the app adds to your total FitPoints, which is grouped into a leaderboard of your friends, or even everyone else that has used the app. Originally the app only worked if you had a Kinect, but the app has now been updated so that you don't need the Kinect anymore to participate in the workouts.

For those not looking to spend any money on the app, there are several free programs that you can use to get your workout. Here is a full list of both paid and free programs that are currently available through Xbox Fitness. They will be updated as more are added to the app.

    • Athlete Fit With Russell Wilson
    • BodyWisdom: Tai Chi For Beginners
    • Beachbody 10 Minute Trainer Cardio
    • Beachbody 10 Minute Trainer Total Body
    • Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift: High And Tight
    • Beachbody INSANITY Cardio Power And Resistance
    • Beachbody INSANITY Plyometric Cardio Circuit
    • Beachbody INSANITY Pure Cardio
    • Beachbody P90X For Xbox Fitness
    • Beachbody P90X Plyometrics
    • Beachbody P90X Shoulders And Arms
    • Beachbody Rockin Body: Rock It Out
    • Beachbody TurboFire Fire Starter
    • Extreme Combat For Xbox Fitness
    • Gatorade Sports Performance Basketball Training Camp
    • Gatorade Sports Performance Football Training Camp
    • HIIT 25
    • INSANITY For Xbox Fitness
    • Jillian Michaels: Extreme Shed & Shred
    • Jillian Michaels: Hard Body
    • Jillian Michaels: Kickbox Fast Fix
    • Jillian Michaels: Killer Abs
    • Jillian Michaels: Killer Buns & Thighs
    • Jillian Michaels: Ripped In 30
    • Jillian Michaels: Yoga Inferno
    • MOSSA Abs
    • MOSSA Fight
    • MOSSA Groove
    • MOSSA Power
    • Tracy Anderson: Metamorphosis - Omnicentric
    • Tracy Anderson: Transform I Workout Series
    • Tracy Anderson: Transform II Workout Series
    • YO:30 For Xbox Fitness
    • Zumba Fitness Exhilarate Body Shaping System
Like stated earlier some of these are free, and some cost money for the full program. Some of the P90X or INSANITY programs are listed multiple times because there are free versions so you can try out some of the workouts before you purchase the full program.

I wanted to create this thread to allow for discussion on what programs work well, and which ones don't. As well as share progress with one another on some of the milestones that have been reached through some of the programs. If there is enough participation I plan on having a full leaderboard featuring who has the most FitPoints, as well as who gained the most from the last update. If there is anything I missed please let me know and I will get it updated ASAP.

    workout Videos not showing

I've been having the same issue. It's very frustrating having paid 60 for the p90x program and it being "hit or miss" as far as working properly.

Also having issues with the free workouts ie Russell Wilsons workout.

Certain workouts that were free for Gold users last year are now paid, see Xbox Fitness Beachbody workouts, free to overpriced,

Xbox Fitness is still free for Gold users in the sense that there is no fitness subscription fee as the original plan was. MOSSA, 10 Minute Solution, Gatorade and Athlete Fit is still available for free to Gold users. Other content can be bought a la carte.

I'll take Redskins in Team Franchise and I'll also take Russell Wilson on Seahawks in Superstar if those are available.

Xbox Fitness Beachbody workouts, free to overpriced

Beachbody seems to have dropped their prices a bit. The workouts which were $29.99 are now $19.99, and those which were
    $19.99 are now $14.99.

As for how that compares to what you pay on DVD:

    • 10-Minute Trainer on DVD is $11.60 per workout. Xbox Fitness is now charges $14.99 per workout (172% ->
      129%)
    • P90X on DVD is $11.65 per workout. Xbox Fitness now charges $19.99 per workout (257% ->
      172%)
    • Insanity on DVD is $14.48 per workout. Xbox Fitness now charges $19.99 per workout (207% ->
      138%)
    • Rockin' Body on DVD is $3.99 per workout. Xbox Fitness now charges $14.99 per workout (501% ->
      376%)
    • TurboFire on DVD is $11.23 per workout. Xbox Fitness now charges $14.99 per workout. (178% ->
      133%)
    • Brazil Butt Lift on DVD is $8.81 per workout. Xbox Fitness now charges $14.99 per workout (227% ->
      170%)
This is while other paid Xbox Fitness workouts charge between 72% and 104% of their DVD price. You be the judge on whether this is a justifiable amount of money to spend. Be aware the P90X for Xbox Fitness and Insanity for Xbox Fitness programs, each with
5 workouts for $59.99 are still a better deal and has much newer content.

    Also updated my
    Xbox Fitness sheet

    Fitness Feedback June 2014

Today when I launched Xbox Fitness there was an update for the game. The P90X for Xbox Fitness workouts now appear in my library under Workout Programs.

Didn't buy them yet, but definitely will soon.
