    Rush: A Pixar Adventure Level 2s won’t load


    We purchased Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure for Christmas and love it, but even after we unlock the second levels (of each of the games) they won’t download. We have allowed 24 hours and still none of them have updated to be available. We checked the XBox
    downloading section and it doesn’t show anything trying to download. It is a brand new XBox One. Are we missing something? It had to download a big update before the first time we played and that seemed to work just fine. My husband and I are not typically
    dummies about stuff like this. Any advice/knowledge is appreciated.

    I downloaded the game via game pass and when I try to play it tells me I need the disc. Anyone else have this problem?

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    3. Redownload your profile

    Recommended family fun games on Game Pass

    I would add to the list also "Rush: a Disney Pixar adventure" and "Disneyland adventures". Both are fun family games and have local co-op and/or split screen gameplay. Perfect for family gaming.
