Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure Achievement Problems

It seems that the end of level achievements only unlock one at a time, for example after beating my first level with a silver medal (which would net me the silver achievement, the bronze achievement by proxy, and the beat your first level achievement),
but I only got Silverado (after next level I got the bronze achievement, but Fast Learner is still missing).
Is there a fix for this, or will it get patched?

Power cycling usually helps when Achievements tend to freeze. Or else expect a patch soon.

I do know that sometimes sync issues can delay achievements from showing up for a couple days.
