Runtime errors and other chaotic issues

Dear Very Kind Microsoft Support People:

My previous gamer tag (Saqib Arain) and associated Microsoft account seems to give run time errors on my computer and does not allow me to make purchases, sign in or manage my payments etc on Xbox 360. I was able to load in some account money through the
website but I am unable to use it. I created this new gamer tag with a new Microsoft account but now my previous account money is locked up. I can't even switch the associated Microsoft accounts since I can't sign in to my previous account on Xbox 360. For
your information, when I first bought my Xbox, I changed the random gamer tag to a new one. I believe changing gamer tags is producing this issue as I have understood from other forums however there is no solution till date.

Please resolve this issue as I am growing tired of this. It seems anything I buy from Microsoft is bound to have problems. I swear if every little item at home belonged to Microsoft, I would be spending half my life on support forums and trying to solve
errors.

Please do not ask me to clear my cache or restart my console. These are child like suggestions and assuming anyone seeing issues wouldn't try these things is absolutely pathetic. I am disgusted right now. Even though I loaded a minute amount of 50 dollars
on the previous account but the fact that it's wasted for Microsoft's sake makes me seriously depressed. Now kindly address this issue and do not keep me and affected customers like me waiting for weeks and months.
