Runtime error

When I select "My Account" from my main account I receive a runtime error. I do not get this however when signing in with a different account.

I am sorry to see that you are getting this error. This sometimes can be cause by the browser you are using. If you have not already tried a different browser please do. I would recommend that you Delete your browsing history as under Internet Options; since
this will also delete un-needed files too. After that please close the browser and see if you get better accesses to the Xbox website. Please keep us updated if this works.

I have also had the same error since the xbox one came out. I have not been able to access my account without the runtime error. Have tried multiple browsers, devices, and clearing history/cache.

I apologies for this error you are receiving. If you can please ensure that all your information is updating with the security proofs. You can manage those at:
account.live.com/.../Manage . Once you have done that and done any updating needed please then logout of you account and restart your browser. then please go to:
Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices and login using your Windows Live ID. Once you have done that please try to go to My account. however, if your gamertag has not shown up and is still on the Loading... please wait till that loads.
Also, if you have tired using a mobile device to see if you can get accesses please make sure that you turn off the Wifi and use your mobile data to see if you can login, sometimes there can be a IP error. If so restart your router.

All of my security proofs are up to date. I restarted my browser and cleared my history and waited a minute before selecting my account and it did not work and gave me the runtime error. I then logged in with my galaxy s4 with WIFI turned OFF. It still gave
me the runtime error. If it helps any my account is on the 2 year $99 xbox 360 contract. They had been having billing issues that past few months but recently fixed it. But I still cannot access my account without the runtime error.

 

I am still having the same issue. After trying the methods above, I have still not managed to access "My Account". It appears that this is only with on of my Xbox Live accounts.

Since the following steps I provided have not worked, and it seems to be with just your account. I would recommend chatting with a Xbox Support Rep:
http://xbox.com/contact-us They will be able to make sure that there is nothing blocking your accounts from making changes. They may be able to get this sent to the Advocacy Team to get this looked into.

No I'm not I'm afraid. I have two accounts and one is working fine. I can access the "Account" page but with this account I cannot. Have you had any luck so far?

I apologies for the issue that is still occurring. If you guys can please Clear you system Cache on the Computer and Deleting your Temp. Folder. It's recommended that you do a Disk Clean up.( Microsoft Windows Users Only). For help on how to do a Disk Clean

windows.microsoft.com/.../delete-files-using-disk-cleanup after you done that please ensure that all the latest Internet Explore Update Files and Security Files have been installed. Then logout and restart your computer. Please then log-back in and try
