    my gamertag is hydro green 420 its not allowing me to check messages or redeem codes runtime error and sometimes oops that shouldnt of happend or you found a glitch in the system , why is this it s been like this for about 4 days now

    Well, the link just turns up a runtime error on the support/xbox.com site - so I can't say how helpful that suggestion is.

    this happened on Wednesday the 5th an ive yet to hear from one of the xbox live tier 3s to contact me. can anyone that is getting this same error code view their account on xbox.com or does it give you a runtime error message like im getting also?
