Runtime Error on accounts.xbox.com

Discus and support Runtime Error on accounts.xbox.com in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm getting a runtime error when I access the 'My Account' section of the Xbox website.     I'm getting a runtime error when I access the 'My Account' section of the Xbox website. The support person said to post about it here.

    www.xbox.com gets stuck in a loop when I click the dropdown list for my account, Friends item and others.

    The other screen that it seems to go briefly to is something on
    http://accounts.xbox.com/

    But, that other screen is so short that it loads in milliseconds and gets forwarded back to the quoted above server page.

    Hello there Blizzared I`d like you to try use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox
    and tell me if you continue to see the Runtime Error.

    I`d also like to ask that are you trying to access Xbox.com from your Xbox 360 Console from the
    Internet Explorer App Or a Windows Phone.

    I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, as well as using the Internet Explorer app on Xbox 360. Still getting errors.
