    How can I prevent unauthorized purchases on my account?

    In order for you to prevent unauthorized purchases on your account, we recommend going through the following steps:

    • Create a passkey and require it for the following options:
    - Signing in when you're not around

    - Making purchases

    - Changing your settings

    You can create a passkey on your Xbox One console by going through the steps listed in our

    How to create an Xbox One passkey     page.

    • Do not put credit card information in the account of any family member whom you do not want making purchases
    • Always sign out after using your Xbox One console

    You can find a few additional steps to prevent unauthorized charges on our

    I just purchased a new game and would like to download add-ons that were included in the game bundle

    If multiple add-ons were included in your purchase, such as a season pass or a Limited Edition Game bundle, you might need to download them separately. Specifically, there are two ways for you to download individual items:

    • Inside the game, check for a store. Find what is included in the season pass and download the content from there.
    • Download the individual add-ons from the Microsoft Store by completing the following steps:
    1. From the Home screen, scroll to the right, and press the A button on your controller to open
      My games and Apps
    2. Locate the game and press the Menu button
    3. Select Manage Game
    4. In the Ready to install section, select the add-on you would like to install
    5. Press the A button to install the add-on

    A few questions. Do you have a valid credit card on file to purchase games and content? Have you checked to make sure the purchase is available in your region?

    Hey there, great question! Right now, anything downloaded on your console should still work. You may run into issues redownloading content you have, or purchasing new content. But anything currently loaded on the console should be just fine! Make sense?

    @BabyBearEggy, Once you've been issued a ban, you forfiet all your previously purchased DLC.

    Hey Mubz! Sorry to hear you're having an issue downloading. Can you tell us what Avatar item you've been running into the issue with? Have you tried purchasing the content on your console as well?

    Often times if the content is priced negatively it means it's been removed from the market, but I'd like to double check for you so we can confirm!
