    Ok I'm finally gonna be buying an xbox one either tomorrow or tuesday an I'm suppose to be getting up to 15 mbps on downloads but i've tested it 3 time's so far im averaging around 13.44-14.78 mbps (although im in ky an were having some nasty weather
    move through atm) an im getting around 1.03-1.1 on upload's, im gonna call my provider tomorrow an see if they can't upgrade it a little but for right now is that a good enough speed for runnin the xbox one?

    Can't see how Windows 10 will have any impact on the console with regards to running games. Xbox One games don't run in Windows, they run from the console's other operating system - the console has three operating systems, only one of which is Windows based.
    In any case it would only be the Windows 10 Kernal that console will get. Not the full PC OS.

    The systems running the 360 and Xbox One consoles are not PC based. As such you cannot install windows software and use it on the console(s)
