I have an Xbox Series S, i bought it Semi-new and apparently the shop checked the console to see if it's everything right... anyways, On performance mode, it runs perfectly, but in fidelity mode it's poor, like 25 fps or something close. It also happened with Final Fantasy 15 and ghostwire Tokyo (also in graphic mode)

Games that runned without problems:

Monster Hunter world

Monster Hunter rise

Tekken 8

Far cry 5

Devil may cry 5

Shadow of the tomb raider... Etc.

To left things clear, I have an old tv, it can get to 1080p and runs at 50hz, I don't know if this can really affect the gameplay on the bad side...

You're not the only one who's run into this. Fidelity mode in games like GTA V and Ghostwire Tokyo can cause frame drops on the Series S, especially when using a 1080p 50Hz TV.

The console is built more for stable performance than high-end graphics, and without a display that supports features like 120Hz or variable refresh rate, performance mode will almost always run more smoothly.

Your TV’s 50Hz refresh rate might make any stuttering more noticeable, so using performance mode is likely your best option.

NO! Unlike some games that have an Xbox One version that will upgrade to the the S|X version if you put it in a series X, NBA2K for S|X is a complete different version than the Xbox One version and it will not work if you put the disc inside of an Xbox One. Xbox One cannon run a Series X game and putting a Series X disc inside an X1 will not install the X1 version.

Because you bought the Series S/X version of the game and not the One version. A Series S/X is different than a One.

Most games launched for both the Xbox One and Series S/X consoles if installed on a Series S/X console will just download and update the necessary files to run optimized to the Series S/X console.

Now F1 2022 has two versions: the Standard Xbox One version and the Series S/X version. I'm not really sure, but I think the Standard Xbox One version will not update to the optimized Series S/X as it is a different game version.

Do you have the Standard Xbox One version?
