    Hi there!

    I'm sorry that this has been happening. There are settings in the console that allow passwords to be set up if purchasing is to be made on the console. Parental Controls can be set up either on the console or through Xbox.com and using the Xbox Live account
    that is used to sign into the console and make purchases.

    I suggest contacting Microsoft support and requesting a refund for all the transactions that have taken place, and like other xbox ambassadors have said making a password and passkey for the account to prevent this sort of thing from happening again.
