Runaround from Mojang Support on Restoring Store Purchases

You will need to contact Mojang, my friend. Only their support can tell you if they will be able to refund or restore it back to your account.

I don't think a refund will be given, but they might restore your purchase to your new account.

Since you purchased this from the Google Play store and this is the pocket edition for android, you may need to get in contact with Mojang Support or Google Support on how to sign in with them. I don't believe you can use your Microsoft account to sign into
this version since you did not buy it from the Microsoft Store. You may need a Google account in order to sign into that specific version, like a Gmail account for example.

Hi, as you purchased Minecraft via Minecraft.net you need to refer to Mojang support.

Probably they're going to ask for the transaction ID. This is an email sent by Mojang after a purchase is made

Microsoft support can only help you with purchases made in the Microsoft store / Xbox.com

The best option is reach Mojang support with both proofs and ask them to re-link the license or check what’s going on

As you purchased Minecraft from their site and not the Microsoft store, Microsoft support can’t check or investigate the transaction ID provided by Mojang

I logged in with my mojang account and make the purchase from there, in fact the purchase link redirected me to MS store. If I search on the store the option install appears. The real issue is that I don't want to run the game from the store but from the
launcher. Mojang is property of MS and I don't understand why the information about I own the game is not linked.
