    I have recently brought the Run the Jewels Airdrop for Gears of War 4, and I don't have all the characters or weapon skins unlocked, even though it says that it will unlock them all. The only things I got was the "Run the Jewels" skins only, and not all
    the weapon skins that are still locked, and still no characters, bounties etc either and have most of them locked still.

    I bought this addon a couple of nights ago through the Xbox app on my phone. I've looked everywhere and I can not find it anywhere. It doesn't show up under my games and apps and ready to install. Also is there a way to switch the license to a different

    Meaning that it doesn't come with all the character & weapon skins, then, and the answer is "no". The OP can look around and see what doesn't come with the console: characters include Griffin from Facebook and pre-order bonuses from
    various retailers, and weapon skins from various unlocks (the Gears 3 beta, previous Gears games' achievements, an Xbox Live membership card) that often overlap with each other or in-game unlocks.

    It's a reasonable question since there are often game editions that include "everything", but for now there's nothing like that with Gears 3.

    I finally unlocked all the new characters over the weekend. I've also upgraded all of the new weapons to level 10 (Striker, Geth SMG, Harpoon gun). The premium spectre packs seem to be nothing but the new DLC. Now I'm unlocking character skins. Hope to get
    my Black Widow IV soon or the Valiant.
