    Hi,

    i have recently been having problems with my sons xbox one, he is currently sharing my xbox live membership and all my games by making his xbox my home xbox.

    This has been the case for many years, but recently we have been having various problems with the xbox so i have now used up the number of times i can select a home xbox because he has been moving backwards and forward from other xbox which sorting out his
    xbox.

    could i ask how i get my chances to choose my home xbox reset back to 5 goes?

    Hi, you would need to contact Xbox support to request a reset but there's no guarantee they will do that.

    Hello!

    Typically if you contact Xbox customer service they will reset your home Xbox for you once. After that you would have to wait until the 12 month timeframe has passed.
