    Rumour: Microsoft Has An Exclusive Licensed NFL Football Title in the Works


    Take this strictly as a rumour until any official confirmation comes through, but it appears that Microsoft may be working on an officially-licensed
    NFL football title that will be exclusive to Xbox One and Windows 10. Should the rumour prove to be true, we're hearing that the title will debut at E3 and launch shortly after in mid-July. The name?

    NFL 2K15 would make a great XBOX exclusive!

    The NFL has lost antitrust lawsuits in the American Needle & EA Madden monopoly cases. Microsoft should make an exclusive deal with Take 2 for an NFL game. A lot of football gamers are upset at being restricted to Madden. People are still playing AFL 2k8.

    My first thought was " and EA ?"

    But after reading it,seems NFL licence isn't exclusive,anymore.

    But EA still got a big background in sports games.....

    Maybe a future free to play,why not....

    I thought Madden were good,never heard anything bad .Only about yearly release.But i'm not a big specialist and EA doesn't have any NFL game competitor (not like NBA).

    I would love to see NFL 2K make a comeback. I agree wholeheartedly with Brandiesel1, madden games do suck. It is believed that ea got scared because 2K was such good competition and signed that stupid contract with the NFL, which is why there hasn't been
    any competition for madden in years. Ea has been seriously slacking for years because of it. As the official console of the NFL, Microsoft should make sure we have a GOOD football game for us football fans to enjoy.

    I remember seeing Joe Montana on stage for a Xbox one presentation (maybe Xbox one at Microsoft campus in may 2013)...Maybe since then,Microsoft keeps him in a secret room.
