rules of enforcement problem

why dose rule of enforcement think its ok to ban some who has not cheated on xbox . i know because i have not cheated on xbox since i made my back in 2008 gamer name acekill117 but wait they went ahead and ban me in 2016 for cheating even though
i never cheated im very upset now i know i cant trust xbox any more

why is it that people can harass me, follow me into games, troll me, constinly show up in random games and taunt me, constantly **** with my current game and if i say somthing i get **** banned from xbox. i pay $60 a year to be able to play online but some
stupid dred head jumps into my game, ruins it for me over and over and over again, i report him and nothing happenes at all. i say 1 thing to him and im immediately banned?this is ****. i pay my hard earned money to be able to play this stupid **** console
and some **** who constantly comes into my game and singles me out just to repeatedly kill me and ruin what im doing with the sole intent of ruining my game doesnt get **** done to him? so im not alowed to say somthing to him but he can keep harrasing me?
blocking doesnt do **** cus he kept joining. how the hell is that ok???

If the suspension was still active, or within 12 months of being issued you could submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ for more information. If it was issued in
2016, there is nothing that can be done about the suspension. Sorry.

 

Have you only just found that you have been banned 2 years ago now?

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

As has been noted, if the suspension was issued back in 2016, it cannot be reviewed due to its age.

As to what brought about the suspension, Microsoft reviews every report that is submitted to them. They can then review previous messages, in-game telemetry … anything that passes through their servers. Suspensions are only issued in the presence of solid evidence
of something that broke the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
