ruiner dressed to kill achievment -kill boss outfit not unlocking

to get the dressed to kill achievment you have to get all the outfits. for some reason it wo unlock the kill boss outfit.. which is when you get ruiner kills.... i have got more than 50 ruiner kills in one arena session. i have got way more than beating
the game in every difficulty..i have uninstalled the game ,reinstalled the game. i have turned runer kills off,then on in the settings. i have every other acheviement . im not sure why it didnt register in the game when i got the xbox achievment.. anybody
have any ideas? and ive refreshed the cashe numerous times.

I HATE New Londo Ruins....

Its very hard to join, First you need to kill Sif (Wolf boss), get his ring, go to New Londo Ruins, fight though the ruins to the guy thats dressed in red, kill him, open the gates to unflood the ruins, fight your way to the boss (4 kings boss....very mean
fight....and I have to do it on new game+), kill them, and get to the castle place thats after Sen's Fortress and have the 2nd bonfire lit to talk to the convenant leader.

You get a weapon/shield that can drain humanity out of people (Weapon) or have a shield of black mist (Shield), the way to rank up it killing people in PvP and when you rank up you get, a special PvP orb and Dark Armor and Dark Sword (You can see how it
looks by the guys that attack you on the way to the boss)

 

Killer Instinct Achievements, Outfits, and Killer Instinct Classic

I've tried 10 Achievements for Killer Instinct and they're not unlocking not at all, every since the update from 2000 matches to 200 the achievements aren't unlocking. Also I was supposed to get a Jago classic outfit but never did, but I have Orchid's.

How come when I turned the difficulty to a easier one, It still feels as if I'm playing on medium and harder.

For achievement sync issues what I have found works best (and usually fixes the issue) is deleting and re-downloading your xbox profile. This should cause everything to sync with the servers again and award the achievements that you have earned.

 

its not the achievement i'm having an issue with. it a game based unlocking costume that, when along with unlocking all other costumes which i have already done, then it will award the xbox achievement.. its something within the actual game programing..
this particular game is pretty buggy to say the least . it used to crash 75% percent through the story mode until the last update. not too mention the common freezing due to the extremely fast game play. it's not uncommon for the characters sprite to fall
off the gaming map or get frozen in a wall or something where you have to reset the entire xbox before it works again.
