    All the parents on here saying their Xmas was ruined..... good. You are fracking spoiled. I have an Xbox, wasn't able to play all day. Grow the hell up you supposed parents.

    The issue with Live seems to have been resolved and people can hop back online to play their games.

    purchased new xbox one and can't get it to boot up at all error code E305 00000001 80073CF6. It was the Santa gift at my house today. We waited 4 hours for a call to be told another person had to call us now have waited 5 hours. please help as this will
    be hard to explain why it must be returned!!! Please don't ruin Santa

    still can't get my brand new xbox one to load. get an error code E305. I agree, great way to ruin the big Christmas gift.

    I also am having a problem with a brand new xbox one. Get it all setup and no disc will work. Nothing I put in it will recognize. This is a great Christmas present that Microsoft has ruined. My son is so disappointed. This is pityful for a company to
    put a product out that everyone is having problems with and has ruined my sons Christmas. Thanks alot.

    I have tried all the power down and settings stuff with no fixes. Very Sad Day

    My new Xbox will not boot up either Ruined Xmas day :( E305 Error and cant get ahold of any xbox tech support. When I did they said to just wait 30 min.. and try again! Its been 7 hrs...

    Same here took ages to install a disc - why? Once installed had to create account and sign in - not recognised - what a waste of time and money - All I want to do is put a disc in and play game, I'm not interested in multiplayer, online chat etc just to
    play the game and relax. Why have Microsoft *** it all up?!!!!!
