    Ruined Solitaire Collection


    Well, it's been 25 years since Microsoft Solitaire began. I was there and made a purchase for the Microsoft Games Pack. It is now ruined with the latest update. It is slow moving right down to the end of game. I have 2 desktop computers, 3.4 GHz, quad core,
    64 bit, 16 GB, RAM along with a 64 bit laptop, 32 bit desktop, 32 bit netbook, and a 32 bit tablet convertible. Since the latest Windows update they are all slower and jittery, especially the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. An old saying is, "If it ain't
    broke, don't fix it." Microsoft should incorporate that in as part of their mission statement. I hope you fix this and Windows soon.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    No, and I received no help from the Microsoft Pro people either.....they say it's the software, not the Pro. I am not going to ruin my Pro by hard booting it over and over. I will probably just delete the Solitaire collection.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
