Ruined Disk Replacement

Hi, i just wanted to ask if is possible to replace a ruined disk (it's not totally illegible, it has a scratch and the game does not work in some part of the game, blocking) with a "non-phisical" version, downloading it in the xbox marketplace for free or
for a discounted price. Thank you (and sorry for my bad english)

Disc reading error

You may have to buy a disk replacement repair it could be faulty or if its just a certain disk try installing it and if it only fails on one disk it deffinetly needs a disk replacement.

Some game publishers may still have a disc replacement service through which you can get the disc replaced for a fee, so long as they have replacement discs for that game in stock.

Contact the publisher's support and ask if they can help. They probably can not replace it with a digital copy, but it doesn't hurt to ask if they can work something out.

Other than a replacement disc, the cheapest solution might be to get a used copy of the game, or if it's been out a while, see if a retailer sells unused copies at a decent price.

If there's a circle on the disk that's why it won't work. The disk is basically ruined. I'm surprised the game even starts for you. If you have your console laying down and move it while it's spinning it'll destroy the disk. If you have the console vertical
even the slightest bumps will cause the 360 to do this.

If it looks like the disk at the end of that video then it's ruined.
