Rückerstattung für The surge

hallo,

Ich habe mich schon an Microsoft gewendet da ich gerne eine Rückerstattung für das Spiel the surge welches ich vor 2 Tagen gekauft habe erhalten möchte.

Die meinten ich solle das hier ins Forum Posten.

Leider funktioniert der Link Rückerstattung anfordern nicht daher bitte ich um manuelle Gutschrift auf mein MS Konto.

selbes problem bei selbem film...340 points für nichts?! ich hatte 1880 points die ich für filme auf den kopf hauen wollte.bereue gerade mir points gekauft zu haben und bis zur rückerstattung werd ich keinen einzigen weiteren point für irgendetwas ausgeben.

did you find a solution I just bought this. I thought it was the copy and returned it to Gamestop for another copy. But it's still doing the same. If you find a solution let me know

if the link for a refund isn't working, then it's best to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they are the only ones that can handle a refund and determine if you are eligible for a refund.

The Microsoft Support won‘t help me. They told me you are the only one who can refund me cause I‘m in preview.

Sie müssen sich auf Ihrem Konto anmelden, den Spielkauf finden und eine Rückerstattung verlangen. Von Ihrem Microsoft-Konto nicht über die Xbox

Wenn das Spiel innerhalb der letzten zwei Wochen erworben wurde und weniger als zwei Stunden Spielzeit hat, sollten Sie eine Rückerstattung durchführen können, indem Sie sich bei
account.microsoft.com anmelden und Ihren Abrechnungsverlauf nach dem Artikel durchsuchen.

Wenn Sie Probleme damit haben, können Sie dieses Rückerstattungsformular
xbox.com/refund ausfüllen. Achten Sie darauf, die Bestellnummer des Spiels in Ihre Anfrage aufzunehmen.

Nachdem Sie das Online-Formular ausgefüllt haben, kann es bis zu 48 Stunden dauern, bis die Xbox über die im Formular angegebenen Kontaktdaten antwortet.
