    Just want to get it out there... The service manager John (who claims to be the top person in the call center) Is rude and hung up my call without transferring my call to his superior so I could file a claim about him.

    How do you file a complaint?

    I wish to file a serious complaint with Microsoft regarding various billing issues. Their support has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Does anyone know how to contact a manager or executive so they can be made aware of their terrible service?

    I hate to have the need to post this.....

    I just cant believe they have such poor service people. How could the Manager of the department not know simple answers? I mean l Do not wish to speak poorly or rudely but Terry, the guy that helped me, was the only person that could be both knowledgeable
    and helpful. I really look forward to the response of an employee because I enjoy xbox and xbox live, I dont want to switch platforms but If i have to I will and service like this an rude employees are things I wont pay money to endure. I was on the phone
    for almost 4 hours......
