Rude messed up

Discus and support Rude messed up in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was talking to my friend's and this guy randomly text me and said something sexual and said lots of cuss words to me and I told him to leave me alone...     Rude messed up


    I was talking to my friend's and this guy randomly text me and said something sexual and said lots of cuss words to me and I told him to leave me alone and I was going to report him and he said I don't care I'm going to get my friend to kick you offline
    and I'm offline until e 29 and today is the 15 and I can't talk to my friends that messed up!

    I was playing COD MW2 just now and all of a sudden there were 3 players with unrealistic multiplayer scores like 6437 and then when the game started I tried to play and the game freaked out and I lost all of my levels, I turned my Xbox off and tried again
    then it said my progress was from an earlier version and I had to restart, even tho I was just on the game with my levels, I want to play still but I can't restart from level 1 again someone help

    to report the user on Xbox that is the best way to let the Enforcement Team know about them.

    If you have enforcement action on your account then you can go to the enforcement site
    here to find out more info & file for a case review if eligible.

    There's nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    If someone kicks you offline (ddos attack) then you need to contact your isp as that is done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live.

    DMZ fail

    ???... Make = Cisco, Cisco makes Linksys. This router is a Linksys E1000. Version 2.1 - with up to date firmware... (I don't mean to be rude at all, but I had stated the make/model in my initial post and the one after) I would mess around with the UPnP
    config I just don't want to mess up my roommates connections as they work from home sometimes. Thanks again guys for help :)

    Well it sounds as though you have been subjected to a DoS attack, in which case you will want to read

    THIS     page.



    I have thoroughly read and understood your opening post so please do not think that I am giving you the 'run around' here, but what you are going to need to do is contact Phone Support and
    'insist' that they conduct an Unauthorized Access Investigation on your account. This is the
    only way forward from here, your account will be blocked for the duration of their investigation and once they have reached a conclusion, they will correspond with you and take things further from there.



    If your friends were witness to your attack and they have reported the user through the 'file a complaint' tool, then this is all that can be done with regards to the Enforcement Team looking into the account activity of the suspected hacker. Once they get
    to your friends report, they will look into the complaint and investigate it thoroughly and take any action necessary from there.



    No one on these forums can 'directly' help you with your problem.
