Rude and Inappropriate user on Xbox One.

I had a user by the name of [Mod removed, name and shame] tell me to "suck my juicey (...)". He was playing in our game and he was constantly team-killing my friends. He then, after the match, joined my party and sent a string of messages, of those being
responses to my questions, but the final one he sent before leaving was "suck my juicey (...)" (it was an emoji of a cucumber, but it can be assumed what it is). I have a picture of the messages (it was on the app), and I also have a case number for which
I was talking to a representative with. Here is the case number: 1419039934

I got banned and lost all my games and downloads

I was wondering if you could unbanned the account because I said inappropriate things but the other person was already saying a bunch of rude things on the mic before I said any thing

 

I need help

my friend has signed into my Xbox account and has sent himself with my account very rude and inappropriate messages and when I got back on he forced me to stay on or he will report those messages and I will get banned. His account is AgentDubstep V3 please
if there is anything Microsoft can do please help me

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
