Rubber banding massively

Getting massive amount of rubber banding having no connection to my internet speed. All speed test show 500+ down and 19 up latency is at 16, packet loss 0 but Apex Legends and Call of Duty are rubberbanding very badly this tells me the problem is on your
end but your XB Live status says "everything is fine" that's very frustrating!

Yeah it is a common issue these days. Personally my connection works fine if i have the my xbox and like two other devices using internet (pc and tv and all phones and tablets) but when i plug in my second xbox, well, then i will have like 5-6% package loss
on apex. Modern warfare will just do not start at all.

It depends on the amount of players connected in your area: of course your internet is congestioned because of the virus and everyone is locksown.

Sounds painful. The enormous amount of extra traffic on the net, and especially on multiplayer networks like XBL, is causing a lot of problems. But, if a dodgy internet connection is your worst issue right now, you're better off than a lot of people

My Xbox One X Wireless has always had bad rubber banding. Its so bad that i had to move it from my 4k TV to my computer desk and run it on my 17 inch monitor so I can keep it hard wired. Its definitely Xbox because i have no problems with my PS4. Ive tried
three different Xbones and they all had rubber banding.

i hate to be the bearer of bad news but all we can do is hope the next gen console fixes this issue.
