Roughly 90,000 Gamescore just gone.

As of this morning my Gamerscore has dropped roughly 90,000 for no reason. Games i have played and unlocked achievements for show in the achievement list as unlocked if i select the game, but still show as 0gs out of 1000 or whatever. and my Gamerscore went
from roughly 331,000 down to roughly 247,000. I have contacted support already and they gave me a reference number to post to help you out: 1404756319

Thank you for any help you can give me, and hopefully this issue can be resolved. I have been a member of xbox live for 11 years, i know gamerscore is just a number but is does show my dedication to your hardware and service and to me personally my progression
as an avid gamer.

Next Gen Achievements.

For example, I have roughly twice as much Gamescore and twice the better Completion Percentage, than you.

 

All my X1 achievements have gone from my gamerscore

I had same issue,180000+gamescore now only 150000,xbox one gamescore show 2000 on xbox360,i almost 27000,and some xbox1 just gone when i check on web and achievement app (stider ,wolfenstein.............)

 

I have also noticed that if i sign into My Rewards, My Vip status is showing the proper 331,318gs. But on everything else including consoles and pc's it is only showing as 247,912gs

 

After a few days the issue looks to have resolved itself. must have been a server sync issue. All is well now.

 

Well, it did it again. This is getting frustrating. On top of someone from Microsoft not responding to my issue does not help..
