    Unfortunately rewards can only be registered for purchases made while you are a member of the reward program.

    The staff here will not be able to facilitate a refund as that is beyond their ability and you would have to go through your regional Xbox Billing Support. For US/CAD the number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX and select billing.

    A staff member will reply to confirm within 1-2 business days if this is the case, they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends.

    Rouge One Points

    I purchased Rouge One hoping that I would receive the promotional reward points however I was unaware at the time that I didn't have a rewards account. Can I still get the points? If not I'd like my money back and I'll go purchase the movie someplace else

    Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you made the purchase. So it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since it has not been 96 hours yet, it is too early to see Credits for your purchase.

    Games with gold game only for xbox 360

    AC Rouge is in February part of Games with Gold. Each Month you get 2 Xbox One and 2 Xbox 360 Games.

    AC Rouge is a 360 Title that is backward compatible, so can play it on your Xbox One even if it's a 360 Game.

    We see that your purchase was made the same day as your registration. Keep in mind that purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed, as mentioned in the offer's FAQ:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.



    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending. We do not handle refunds. You would have to contact Xbox Support for assistance with that matter, as Murphs says.
