    Just a quick little message. Me and my friend were playing zombies grief mode where you face other players and we won but after the game one of the enemies said u guys r getting banned. He went on to say he was an xbox moderator and could do what ever he
    wanted. I would hope if he actually was a moderator and bans us something could be done about it ps the game is recorded on b02 so it can be proven there was no wrong doing. Just a heads up just in case there may be a rogue moderator out there

    Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you made the purchase. So it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    Moderators just police the forums,not xbox live.The enforcement team are the only ones who can ban you from xbox live & they would never tell you who they are or that they are banning you on live.

    As long as you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about.

    Just report & block the person via your console.

    Impersonating Microsoft staff on live is a bannable offence.

    Just for future reference. The people who tell you that their going to ban you are always (no exceptions) lying to you. They are impersonating Xbox staff, which, as Daft Badger said, will land them a permanent ban from Xbox
    Live.

    The reason I know these people are lying to you is because the people at Xbox who have the real ability to ban you will just ban you. No warning. No previous announcements. No messages. Nothing. Just, one minute you're playing,
    the next you are unable to reconnect to Xbox Live, with an email telling you why you're banned.

    Thats no where near true. Xbox LIVE Moderators have strict rules to follow, and if they were to ban someone, they would not say, they just would do it. If you are ever in doubt, all moderators have the prefix "XBLPET" to their gamertags, eg:

    XBLPET Lima

    XBLPET Arcadia

    XBLPET Quebec

    and so on..

    Please file a complaint for staff impersonation and a real moderator will deal with them.

    Thats no where near true. Xbox LIVE Moderators have strict rules to follow, and if they were to ban someone, they would not say, they just would do it. If you are ever in doubt, all moderators have the prefix "XBLPET" to their gamertags, eg:

    XBLPET Quebec

    and so on..
