Rolling ads window affects game play.

Unable to select boxes (or anything) when advertisement window turns black between ads, which it does constantly. Very annoying. I'd be more than happy to pay for an "ads free" premium version if one was available.

Specific ads freeze the window

Certain ads will freeze the window during game play. I don't mind the ads placed where they are, but can you resolve the freezing issue? Also, please make it possible to report those ads which cause problems from within the window.

 

Rolling ads have ruined game

Let me add to the discussion on rolling ads - THEY HAVE RUINED MICROSOFT'S GAMES! The board locks out, the timer runs on and I sit and wait. A totally unenjoyable experience. I think I will go elsewhere and if no changes in a week or so I will delete
Microsoft games from my system. Apparently bad reviews don't generate any action at microsoft.

 

HEY MICROSOFT, YOU BROKE IT!!! I'm having the same problem. It's the worst with time challenges because whatever scripting is being used to display ads, it's taking 1-2
minutes to reload and as GlacialSun says, you can't do anything while ads are loading. This just started happening within the past 2-3 weeks.

 

Cannot play a game if the adds take up all the game's memory. Waited 2 minutes to make a move. Not worth the wasted time and increasing frustration.

 

So tired of this issue, tried uninstall to reload and couldn't reinstall for 24 hours. FIX THIS MICROSOFT!!! Ads are understandable, ruining gameplay is unacceptable

 

It seems like they tried to do something today. But they didn't succeed. The messed up the play and didn't fix the problem. I kept trying and ended up on a difficult game with a maximum of 10 min. I played for 2 min and sat the until the game timed out.
Nothing happened. I mean nothing. Microsoft better fix this. I'll start send advertisers messages that say they're wasting their money. The system hangs and we don't see anything!!!!!

 

Fix it! Please. Put someone on this that knows the system. I'm tired waiting. After 3 years I have a gold medal except for 3 months. 1. I had to reinstall the whole windows system. 2. Again. 3. You messed up again... quit treating this like a beginners
system and put someone on it that understands. Is this going to be #4.

 

The game loads slowly. The individual games load slowly. The ads load slowly. And while the ads are loading everything stops...except the clock! Just about ready to uninstall this piece-of-crap game. Maybe tomorrow...

 

I guess until this issue is repaired I will not play Sudoku. The advertisers here must be really frustrated. We (the customers) have time to look at the black in between the ads but must concentrate on the game during the short period we are able to play.
How would you like to pay to advertise and have your ad be the very disruption that can not be seen because of the need to look at the game only during your ad?
