    Ok it's been all day now and yes some fixes have worked for some people, but like me still a lot that can not access or play anything. I to am a preview member are you seriously telling me that whatever little update you have introduced cannot simply be
    rolled back????

    Hello,

    I just found out that on my transactions there are 6 payments that show as description: "one time roll back" of $5.43 each one; and as status appears: "declined" for all of them. I can not understand what it is about! Could you help me?

    You should go to your console details & check for an update, the "public release" version isn't bugged.

    is there a way to make it check for that update? it says last time it even checked was 6:10am.

    Hi FredxXxBear,

    Go to Settings, then System, then Update Console. If it's not available then I would suggest posting in the preview forums here.

    Roll it back.

    From Don Jose on the Bungie forums this finally fixed me.

    I found this to work for me : (from this link:

    "Try going offline, restarting your Xbox from the snap menu, then going back online after it starts up."

    I started a different game & it asked me to go offline. I did, then restarted my xbox. When it came back up I was able to play online again

    I started a different game & it asked me to go offline. I did, then restarted my xbox. When it came back up I was able to play online again
