Rogue One Mission & Rebates

Hello so I bought and completed the mission for buying the Rogue One movie, it says I should see 3000 pending credits within 96 hours and it has been well above that time frame. I also haven't received my 2% rebate for the Rogue One movie, COD Black Ops
2, and LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. If someone could look into it that would be great.

Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered announced for Xbox One

UbiSoft is re-releasing Assassin's Creed Rogue for Xbox One as "Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered" on 20 March 2018
This will include two bonus missions from the 360 version.

Missing points!

Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

Please help.

There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

Support will check on the Rogue One offer, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for this months purchases. Also keep in mind that
any purchases that count towards another offer, will not be included in your rebate. So Rogue One would not count towards your rebate if it went towards the Rogue One offer.

 

One of the games "lego star wars: tcs" was purchased last month and still hasn't shown up.

terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for your Call of Duty purchase. Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer last month, your purchase of Lego Star Wars went towards that offer. Since
you cannot get payback and offer completion Credits, your purchase went towards that offer. Since you did not complete the offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits.
