Sorry to hear that you're having issues. You are correct though. The issue is with the App itself and as Rogers is the company that developed the App it is them who will have to repair it.

I would recommend contacting Rogers themselves and see if they can walk you through some trouble-shooting steps. At the very least that will make this issue known.

Lol. It is Roger's that I'm angry with. The variety of content that Rogers provides for the xbox is poor.

And I don't like ripping movies and shows and having to sit at a desk to watch them. I prefer watching tv on a tv sitting on a couch. That is the whole point of Rogers on Demand. My parents have a Rogers DVR with On Demand and the variety of content is incredible,
for my xbox, it's lacking.
