Rodrigo - Dark Assassin7O. I got an Issue Enforcement Team.

Hello there.. My name is Rodrigo Avila. I am gamer on Xbox 360 and Xbox one. About Two or Three Years ago.. I cheated to get Gamerscore on certain games. I think only two games If I remember... Anyway.. After I contacted An Xbox Support Agent right before I was
about to completely close down and delete my main account including my gamer profile. ... She told me that in order to remove all my Cheated Gamerscore is by placing the Issue case here... Please Microsoft Team.. Erase all the cheated Gamerscore
I done in the past.. I prefer not to live on with this regret I done... I just want to be happy and continue playing fair and earning rewards the right way. Please Enforcement Team of Microsoft. Scan, Check, Do anything means possible.. But please just Erase
the Cheated Gamerscore and all the Modified Files I made in the past.

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

sorry once you have been reset for cheating and branded a cheater it stays on that account permanently the only way to get that brand removed is to start over on a new account and DON'T CHEAT. also enforcement team ONLY read threads in the account suspension/console
bans part of the forum so they would not even see this thread.

 

I haven't yet been reset to be honest.. And of course not I won't cheat no more.... So.. If I want the Enforcement Team Alert.. I must go to that Forum/Topic? Which is Account Suspension/Console bans?

 

yes but that is only to find out why an account has been banned/suspended or why a score was reset/cheater branded. but if there is no enforcement taken on your account they may not even reply or send a reply to the email associated with your account.

 

....Umm.. So.... Basically... There is no way to fix up my account..... So what? I am going to be playing with this regret forever?

 

yes basically and if your score is modded in anyway they can tell and then they will just wipe the whole score and add the cheater brand not just the modded scores will get reset but they will reset the ENTIRE score modded/unmodded.

 

Okay! I give up trying to clean up my mistake... I guess I will try to forget it and just move on then

 

And The Gamerscore part.. I personally did not modded it.. I modified the certain game to get the advantage and claim the achievements much easier.

 

well some games when you do that or use a cheat code it disables the ability for that game to unlock any achievements (GTA IV does this). not sure if modding a game to get an achievement easier would warrant the reset of score most of the times it is scores
that are unlocked that have no time stamps or online only achievements unlocked an an account with a silver account etc.

 

If you are found out to have modded a game then your account will be banned so you wouldn't have to worry about the gamerscore on that account anyway.

 

They don't ban for modding game score unless you mod it again after it is reset FYI.

 

Yeah,i know that dave.Op said they had modded a game to get all the gamerscore so i assume they meant they modded the actual game & not the gamerscore....if that makes sense lol.
