Rockstar you're loosing a sale and a customer

I own both a ps4 and Xbox one, but i wont put up with this type of stuff from Rockstar especially since I download all my games digitally now. I have a few ps4 games and xbox ones games. I prefer digital over the disks, but for this game i want it on the
xbox one since my friends also plan to purchase it (they also want it digitally and wont buy a disc). If i'm forced to buy a DISK i will NEVER purchase another rockstar game again. I WILL NOT buy this on the PS4 i made up my mind and want it on the XBOX ONE.
I got the ps4 pre-order e-mails about bonus 300,0000 extra cash, but i dont care. I pick and choose my games and what systems i prefer to buy them on. This is the same reason why i never support exclusive cell phones like how the iphone was an At&t exclusive.
I waited 5 years to buy it and will never use AT&T. If rockstar makes this a disc only game for the xbox one and doesnt allow us to pre-load it, i wont ever buy another game from them again.

I could totally understand if the game was being released later for the xbox one, but your only blocking the digital pre-order sales. This is outright absurd and a huge slap in the face to xbox one owners.

Anyone else enjoying GTA Online?

I'm most certainly not enjoying GTA online i'm trying to avoid playing it at all cost Until rockstar gets there act together, To prevent myself from loosing my character, ect.

 

Why you are loosing me as a Xbox customer

There is only a
limited queue for achievements when your Xbox One console is used to unlock achievements offline. Piling up thousands of gamerscore points offline is not likely to sync successfully.

Since achievements are ultimately logged online, you must connect your console to the internet every once in a while to sync it with your Xbox account.

 

What exactly is so terrible about a disc? It's how we've gamed on consoles for years.

 

I've had quite a few of my Xbox 360 discs get scratched from the system alone. Some games wouldn't even play or install to the hard drive. Since loosing 2 games I refuse to buy disc games anymore unless I get them in a b2g1 free sale. I started using discs
in the beginning but I soon realized that swapping discs I switch games is annoying when I have the option to digital buy them and not have to do that.

I also have two Xbox ones and buying a digital copy lets me share it with both systems that way I can run the games at the same time since I can download it on my home console and anyone can use it but I can still run it from my profile on the other one
console. And my other profiles can still use the game on that console but keeping my main Xbox live account signed in.

It's all about convenience as much as it is about having access to the game forever without the risk of the disc being scratched or destroyed. I could care less about trading them in since I've never cared about getting a few $$ back as an adult.. The last
game I traded In was sonic the hedgehog 2 and that was to allow me to buy sonic 3

If rockstar doesn't allow me to download it, Ill trade in my Xbox 360 copy just because never buying a game from them again.

with a disc I can trade it in and get something for it. I paid for my xbox one that way!

 

I hate to be that guy, but it's "losing". If you're unable to spell that, are you sure you're old enough to play the game in the first place?

 

Games on disc is for those people with *** internet bandwidth, like my Windstream(Slowstream I call it). I couldn't imagine having to download 45GB of a game on a 1.5mbps bandwidth internet. Downloading the updates takes an hour or two and it's only 1.1GB!!!

 

so you want to give up you rights as a consumer then? with digital, you have less control over the content you purchase. with disk you own a copy of the game. with digital, you own nothing. i rather disk because it is better for our rights as consumers.
