Here is the communication between rockstar and myself regarding a refund due to thier game glitching.The total sales of the warehouse would have been $2,220,000 and they only want to credit $766,000.

I was connected the game just fine I have an open NAT and have been playing all day without any issues. this is a known problem with the deliveries of the cargo warehouses. I have many friends that this has happened to as well. This is an issue with gta and the plane delivery of the cargo warehouse. I can deliver by truck or boat completely fine. Ican do any other delivery such as vehicle warehouse and cocaine lockout without issues.[/td][/tr][/table]

NAT TypesNAT stands for "Network Address Translation". It is a function of your router or Internet gateway device that translates your PC's private IP and port, to a public IP and port. Your NAT type describes which method your NAT device uses to perform this translation, and how the device filters incoming packets.Essentially, your NAT type determines how easily the game can connect to other players over the Internet.There are three general classifications of NAT types:OPEN: Can play games with any other NAT type. MODERATE: Can play games with open or moderate NAT types. STRICT: Can only play against open NAT types.If your NAT type is Strict, you will be unable to make a direct connection with most players. This will cause problems such as higher latency (lag), smaller session sizes, longer wait times, and more frequent disconnections. When connection conflicts occur, the game may choose to drop the player with the strictest NAT type. It may be blocking ports used by the game, or it may translate your private port to a non-deterministic public port when sending packets to each different player in your session. To resolve this issue, put your gateway into 'Bridge Mode' so that only your router performs NAT. Consult your gateway's manual or contact your ISP to get instructions on how to put the gateway into bridge mode or obtain your PPPoE information if you have ADSL. 8. If you use an ADSL connection, see if dialing a PPPoE connection from the PC improves the NAT Type. Read your device's manual or contact your ISP for instructions.

After I delivered the first 2 it would not count any more drops. I flew over all of the and it made the drop but it wouldn't count them. This happened around 3am est on 1/8/2017.This has happened to me before where I lost half of my small warehouses twice but that was only 8 packages each time this is ridiculous that it continues to happen and now I'm pissed that I wasted all that time filling an 111 crate warehouse to have it all gone with nothing to show for it.[/td][/tr][/table]

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

 

Horrible customer service

If your car company actual replaced a year old car, then you got extremely lucky. I call BS As well though.

As far as support and complaints go though, you were lied to and you're only wasting your time here. This is a community forum and nobody from MS is going to read your complaint.
