Rocksmith download problem

have purchased foo fighters - monkey wrench, extra content.

am in australia.

Is is showing in purchase history, but says can't download when trying to get it.

When the download starts it goes to 1% hen back to zero and then says can't download the content.

have tried clearing system cache, can't delete it from hard drive as it's not showing there.

other content downloads just fine

Unable to download Bon Jovi song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

I have the same problem with the Bon Jovi Pack & Rocksmith 2014 on XBOX360. Other downloads work ok

Yes, I still have this problem.

I've bought 2 songpacks for the original Rocksmith on Xbox360 which I cannot download free of charge for the Xbox One version of Rocksmith 2014.

The lack of updates on this is ... worrying.

have you tried checking the games storage section to see if there is a incomplete/corrupt file present? If so please delete it and clear the console cache

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Be sure to restart the console afterwards and try the download again.

 

Yes, have checked for incomplete file, none there.

Have tried clearing cache as well.

Still no joy

 

Can you clear the cache, try to download something else, a demo or something and try this download after it again. To see if that helps

Sorry to hear about your download issues, but there is currently an Xbox Live Status regarding the issue where users can indeed purchase content but they cannot download it for the time being, the issue is being resolved as we speak and hopefully you can

Ok, so according to Xbox live status, everything is up and working.

My download, is still not.

Next solve please......

 

I am having this exact same problem with the exact same track. We also tried a couple of others, same issue. Download pending, then 0% then 1% then 0% "Can't download Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench" No error codes.

Went through all of the cache clearing steps, made sure there were no partial downloads, etc.

I purchased the track last night, still can't download it today.

It's September 2015 and this issue is not resolved. I have just found this thread by searching with the exact same problem. I've purchased two foo fighters songs for rocksmith 2014 and they both just say "can't download".
