Rocksmith DLC wont purchase after buying it

Bought the Foo Fighters 1 pack (rocksmith 1) from the marketplace for Rocksmith 2014. I purchased it for 12 and change and everytime i go to download it hangs up at pending download, then transfers to a 0%, moves to 1%, then back to 0% and finally to an
instant 100% with a message saying can't download the dlc. I had seen the same issue posted for the same song pack on ubisofts forums and was wondering if anyone else has come across this or has been stumped by it and have a solution. normally things like
this wouldnt sweat me but since i spent more then 10 dollars on dlc that won't download to my console i feel like i wasted money and kind of want to find a solution

Dlc Rocksmith 360/One, paid twice..

Hi, sorry for my English, (I'm french and i use Google translator).

I have Rocksmith (on 360), Rocksmith 2014 (on 360) and Rocksmith 2014 (and recently on Xbox One), yeah I'm a big fan .

I bought many dlc... And recently, I bought 2 dlc on the android application and by playing Rocksmith 2014 version 360, theese 2 dlc were not validated. I had to pay a second time (I did it, thinking it would mark "free" or "already bought") but it charged
my account. What solution does it exist? Refund?

Where is this week's Rocksmith DLC

As title, the 5 new Rocksmith tracks released on Tuesday are still not up for the One, they were available on 360 on Tuesday as usual.

This added to all the Rocksmith dLC that i bought on 360 that I should be able to download for the One, still asking me to pay for it after two months is really making me regret my decision to buy a One.

It is possible that a minor disconnection can cause a glitch in the download process and no matter how hard you try it won't finish.

In such cases I would recommend cleaning the system and re-trying. The details are below.

1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

2. While in your hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them. (This may include the game you are trying to fix)

3. Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'.

Try again. If it is still an issue repeat the steps but at Step 2 delete the troublesome game and complete the steps with the following.

6. Go to SETTINGS page & select ACCOUNT

7. Got to DOWNLOAD HISTORY and find the game/DLC you wanted. The most recent are first.

8. Select the item and then select DOWNLOAD AGAIN. This should fix the issue.

i had already tried all of those suggestions before i had posted. no dice

 

and also, if i delete the game it was lose all my saved files for the game. i also read this same issue and solution of deleting the game ruined someone elses save file and did not help them as well

 

any other solutions?, From what the moderator have said on the UBI forums, this is an issue on Microsofts end that they have ran into with a couple different items of their DLC. I think it is greater then just resetting cache and stuff like that.
