    Rocksmith disc import tool did not import songs to rs2014.


    I purchase the original rocksmith and rs2014 on 360. I bought the import tool on 360. I bought the rs2014 on Xbox one. Originally it offered me the disc import tool, but only imported a few songs. Now, if I try to access the import tool, it says I already
    own it and to see it in games and apps. How can I reset so the disc import tool can be downloaded again, and I can gain access to these songs? I have also asked this of ubisoft support.

    Rocksmith 2014 - DLC Issue with Song Packs

    I have the rs1 game on 360, and bought the disc import tool on 360 when I bought rs2014. Now, on the Xbox one, when I start the game it asked if I wanted to import the rs1 songs, and then when I chose yes, it said I already owned the pack, and to find it
    in my games and apps. The issue on this came up because I only have a few of the rs1 games installed on the Xbox one, after the first attempt to install. Do you have any suggestions to get the import tool to kick back in? I cant get the songs individually.
    I , only with the import tool, but the import tool can't be reinstalled as far as I can tell. It also can't be found out in the store. Only inside rs2014.

    I can purchase over web, but NOT console...

    this sucks as Rocksmith 2014 import disc pack is only avail through game...

    Ubisoft support would be the place i would focus your attention, as they should be able to provide accurate answers with regards to the software.

    Other then that, i suspect the only answers you may get here would be to delete and reinstall the import tool.

    Bear with me because this is difficult. You have to contact Xbox Live Support by phone. Chat support does NOT have the ability to do this. I don't know why but I've been in the middle of this mess for a while myself. Planning on calling Xbox Live Support
    probably tomorrow. Here is the referencing page:

    Submitting a ticket to Harmonix does nothing (I've tried) they will not sell you a manual nor resend a code. It has to come from Xbox Live Support. (Per Harmonix that is).
