Rocksmith 2014 startup issues

Hi,

Is anyone experiencing problems playing Rocksmith 2014? Since yesterday I can't play it as it says I don't own it and need to insert the disk or purchase from the store. I purchased a digital copy of the game from the Microsoft Store over a year ago and
it's been working fine until now. When I go into the store is says that I own the game. I've tried all of the following:

Rebooted the XBox (powered off/on)

Deleted and re-downloaded/-re-installed Rocksmith

Removed and re-added my profile

Tried playing on a second XBox.

None of the above have fixed the issue, so I'm currently out of options.

I've noticed that Rocksmith 2014 is showing as 'currently unavailable' in the Microsoft Store, so I'm sure this has something to do with it, even though it should still let me play it.

Anyone else have any ideas?

There is a thread on the Ubisoft forums where a few people have mentioned the problem. Someone from Ubisoft posted saying they'd look into it but there's been no update. I can't post on the Ubisoft forums or raise a support request until they change
my email, as they have an old email of mine. I've managed to raise something for that, though.

Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I have attempted the OP's steps as well as these steps, and am still unable to launch Rocksmith. May reach out to phone support and post solution here.

I contacted Xbox Support. This appears to be affecting everyone who owns Rocksmith, and is somehow related to Ubisoft servers. I guess I'll be reaching out to Ubisoft now.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue and your replies. It appears that there is a fix that has been published concerning the issue with Rocksmith 2014, but its going to take awhile to roll out, take hold and go live everywhere.
