Rocksmith 2014 - DLC Issue with Song Packs

I totally agree Gooner 1, and how hard can it be to fix the game, and that its still not fixed after 2 months !!.

I've supported ubisoft and a lot of their games - ghost recon, rainbow 6 etc, but I'll certainly wait before making anymore purchases of ubisoft titles until I'm certain that what they promise actually works.

As requested somewhere earlier in the thread. I "think" I have all of my single songs that I purchased. Song packs are a mess.

Megadeth pack - I can only download Public Enemy #1

Judas Priest pack - None of them, although I was somehow able to download "You've got another thing coming" which was not part of the pack I purchased.

Pantera pack - None of them.

Blink 182 pack - None of them

Blue Oyster Cult - I don't remember if I bought the pack or singles (appears to be singles, but not sure why I would have done that). I had Don't Fear the Reaper and Godzilla. I can only download Godzilla now.

All of my DLC purchases seem to have been during the microsoft points days, so I can't actually look any of it up. I would look on my xbox 360 but that's out of commission and the support for it is also being horribly mishandled.

 

I got a few more songs from some packs... Aerosmith and Alice in Chains... going to have to go through the list again of what I am missing again but this has seriously taken about 2 months too long. I am still missing so many of my songs I never even play
the Xbox One version (Thankfully I never got rid of the 360 version). Lesson learned.... wait for bargain bin for any Ubisoft games and never expect MS to "get on the ball" once you've already paid for the content.... Honestly they KNOW what I have downloaded
for the past 11 years I have been a Live Gold member, shouldnt really be this difficult, should it....

 

Something has definitely changed, I was able to download a further 69 of my previously owned songs last night. I'm only waiting on about 15 now, and I own 90% of all the DLC that's ever been released, most of which was bought as packs.

I contacted the Microsoft help last night over this as well, I was able to transfer the

Rock singles pack and the disc import pack while talking to a guy. He told me that I couldn't download the other two I had purchased (Sum 41 pack and the Rise Against Pack) because they weren't formatted for the Xbox One and that you had to repurchase
them because they had to reformat the packs and songs from the 360 version to the "One" version.

 

I have the rs1 game on 360, and bought the disc import tool on 360 when I bought rs2014. Now, on the Xbox one, when I start the game it asked if I wanted to import the rs1 songs, and then when I chose yes, it said I already owned the pack, and to find it
in my games and apps. The issue on this came up because I only have a few of the rs1 games installed on the Xbox one, after the first attempt to install. Do you have any suggestions to get the import tool to kick back in? I cant get the songs individually.
I , only with the import tool, but the import tool can't be reinstalled as far as I can tell. It also can't be found out in the store. Only inside rs2014.
