Rocksmith 2014 Bon Jovi pack

I am unable to download the DLC Bon Jovi pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360. I made the purchase 9/16/15.

This issue has been highlighted in these following threads:

And while the Xbox forum thread says the issue has been resolved, it obviously has not been if there were responses after the "resolution" that there is still a problem. That also includes my recent purchase.

The issue is exactly the same; despite where I try to download the file from, it goes from 0% to 1%, back to 0%. Then it eventually gives up and says "Can't download the pack".

I have the same problem with the Bon Jovi Pack & Rocksmith 2014 on XBOX360. Other downloads work ok

I'm from France and I have wanted to get some DLC for Rocksmith 2014, and I have issue downloading the Foo Fighters 2 pack.

a search on Bing bring me here. It's the same problem as described above. I had no issue downloading other packs (including the Bon Jovi one) but this one keep doing 0%-1%-0% and then fail.

Can you look into this issue please ?

I also bought the Bon Jovi DLC little over a month ago and had all the same problems as Elmakai. I was just wondering if the problem has been fixed.

 

I tried to DL just "you give love a bad name" not the entire pack and am also unable to complete the DL. My confidence in both Microsoft and Xbox is slipping when i see that this issue has been going on for almost a year and it takes so long to get it "resolved".

 

oh yeah, its also going down on one of the Foo Fighter packs as well as the Bon Jovi one! been waiting for a good time to get to play both......kind of getting ridiculous at this point, considering it's still up on the in game shop and Xbox Live to where
you can willingly give them money to buy the DLC but alas, you get no DLC in return....

 

Is Microsoft even working or this or should I give up?

This issue was very recently resolved, have you tried redownloading the packs? Please let us know if you continue to experience issues downloading!

running into this issue with the foo fighter 1 pack that was mentioned by another user in this thread. is this a file to file issue?

This issue should also be resolved for the Foo Fighter pack. When did you last try redownloading it? Try clearing your Xbox 360 cache and download the content from your download history.

 

Thank you for the response Maka. I have deleted my profile, deleted my save data for rocksmith, cleared my cache for the system. check for any ghost files left around by the dlc data... i cant find any solution to this and I am still running into trouble
with it

so i must not be the only one running into this problem.

 

also i wanted to add, this is for the first Song Pack for Foo Fighters that was for the First Rocksmith game and not the Second Song pack that was causing issues with the Bon Jovi pack. Hopefully it gets figured out. Appreciate all the help
