Rocket League purchasing issues.

I recently purchased Rocket League from my Xbox One in the store and when I purchased it, it said the transaction was successful. I then proceeded to My Games And Apps to check out the download and it weren't there. I went to my Ready To Install list and
the game weren't there either. The transaction didn't show on my recent game transactions so I came here to resolve this problem. Please can I have my game or have my £15.99 refunded into my Microsoft account so I can attempt to re-doenload the game. Thank
you.

Posted about a month ago about my rocket league code being missing after purchasing the 3 months xbox live and rocket league promotion. Still yet to receive a code after a month and a half of waiting

I also have just purchased Rocket League and have experienced exactly the same , £15.99 taken from my Microsoft account but Rocket League not in my games list or ready to install list. Please can this problem be looked into. Thank you

 

The same Problem has happened to me! And it still charged me for the game. Can I also have my money back please seens as i downloaded it and apparently don't have the game! Or could you actually give me the game?

 

Hello guys! Sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Unfortunately there's an issue with Xbox Live Services right now which prevent the downloading of new games, purchasing and playing of digital games right now.

If you check the Status Page you'll be able to see when everything is back up and running again.

We just need a refund or our game back.

The same has also happened to me. I uninstalled it to see if I redownloaded it if it worked and its saying I have to rebuy it for $20.00. Will it let me redownload it when services are up or can I have a refund?

 

Come on Xbox. You need to note that this is an actual problem an that us fans are losing our money. I've lost £15 and these guys lost $20. We are just asking for a refund so we can wait for the issue to be resolved. Or we want the game we played for.

 

I also tried to buy it, and it charged me, yet didnt allow me to download it. On my order history it said I bought it, but it isn't showing up on my console. Please Xbox.

 

I've also had the same issue, except I've had two emails saying payment has been taken? Transactions haven't shown up in my account yet but I'm concerned that I've received two emails 20 minutes apart saying I've paid £15.99 for one game...?

 

My son had the same issue. He's very upset.

 

Have the same issue I tried purchasing ultimate ninja storm and it charged me twice for the game and I can't even download it. Microsoft hopefully you cancel these purchases due to the severs crashing.

 

I understand you guys are upset I would be to if I just purchased something and can't play it. When the servers are down you won't be able to download the game at all and since they are down it won't mark in the Xbox store that you purchased it because the
server required for that to happen is down. I would HIGHLY recommend waiting until these server issues are fixed and then try to download, I am sure you will be too busy enjoying the game at that time to actually think of refunding or other drastic decision
you guys want to do. Now this is the internet, servers will go out sometimes, just like a power outage in a house. Now this does happen somewhat frequently for us Xbox Live users, but any server belonging to any entertainment service can go out at any time.
With this in mind let's all just be calm, wait patiently, and hopefully this service outage storm will clear out by Tuesday afternoon, then everyone can get back to playing, drinking, and eating, or whichever thing you do while playing.
