Rocket League Promotion

I purchased a three month Xbox Gold subscription during Rocket League's promotion. Per the promotion, I was supposed to receive a free code for Rocket League. I have yet to get the code.

Rocket league code not received

I bought Xbox live though the in-dash menu because of the rocket league promotion, but I never received the code for rocket league

To check, did you purchase a pre-paid code or did you make the purchase through your Xbox One? Keep us looped in so we can best help out.

 

I purchased through my Xbox One. I've double-checked my email and all of my old messages for a code, never got one.

 

Normally, you should receive the email via Xbox Messaging Center. If it isn't there, try contacting Support. Contact Us | Xbox Support





Hopefully, something can be done about this.
